About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage all restaurant activities to optimize financial performance, management, and operations
  • Ensure maximum presence on the floor during service to supervise teams and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Plan and optimize staff schedules to meet productivity goals
  • Supervise the kitchen chef and ensure strict adherence to hygiene standards and stock rotation
  • Promote beer culture and the microbrewery concept to staff and customers
  • Collaborate with the brewer to ensure profitability of brewing operations
  • Analyze P&L statements and key ratios (labor cost, food cost, beer cost) to adjust action plans
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and professional development of staff

Requirements

  • 4+ years of management experience in the restaurant sector
  • Proven experience leading and mobilizing teams
  • Strong business sense and financial management skills
  • Excellent coaching and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to execute action plans that generate measurable business results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a microbrewery environment
