About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all restaurant activities to optimize financial performance, management, and operations
- Ensure maximum presence on the floor during service to supervise teams and ensure customer satisfaction
- Plan and optimize staff schedules to meet productivity goals
- Supervise the kitchen chef and ensure strict adherence to hygiene standards and stock rotation
- Promote beer culture and the microbrewery concept to staff and customers
- Collaborate with the brewer to ensure profitability of brewing operations
- Analyze P&L statements and key ratios (labor cost, food cost, beer cost) to adjust action plans
- Participate in recruitment, training, and professional development of staff
Requirements
- 4+ years of management experience in the restaurant sector
- Proven experience leading and mobilizing teams
- Strong business sense and financial management skills
- Excellent coaching and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to execute action plans that generate measurable business results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a microbrewery environment
