About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and FOH teammate performance
- Oversee inventory, ordering of food, and supplies
- Ensure high levels of service and guest satisfaction
- Staff the restaurant sufficiently for all meal periods
- Train and develop staff through regular quizzes and coaching
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, cut costs, and drive revenue
- Lead the hiring process and new hire training programs
- Maintain service standards and cleanliness protocols
- Manage employee reward programs and administrative paperwork
Requirements
- Two to four years in a high volume, high-quality restaurant operation
- Minimum of one year of management or supervisory experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant line position
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Proficiency with Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office
- Ability to pass a background check
- Some college education
