Restaurant Leader

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic direction of the restaurant to ensure financial success through forecasting and budgeting
• Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws
• Lead people development by hiring, training, and managing management-level crewmembers
• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
• Monitor profit and loss statements to develop and execute strategies for sales and profit growth
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and maintain the facility in good working order
• Model and uphold Raising Cane’s culture for all crewmembers, customers, and partners

Requirements

• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment involving physical exertion such as standing, walking, lifting, and bending

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with new restaurant openings
• Experience in local restaurant marketing
