Restaurant Leader

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the restaurant to drive sales, profit growth, and operational excellence
• Manage financial success through forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring profit and loss statements
• Hire, train, and develop management-level crewmembers and oversee performance management
• Ensure compliance with all company standards, policies, and legal requirements
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and crew scheduling
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure the facility is in good working order
• Model and uphold Raising Cane’s culture for all crewmembers and customers

Requirements

• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment involving physical exertion such as standing, walking, lifting, and bending

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with new restaurant openings
• Experience in local restaurant marketing
