Restaurant Lead

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leadership Team in overseeing staffing, hiring, coaching, and training
• Assist in achieving department revenue and expense goals
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and oversee the resolution of any service issues
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and adherence to special dietary needs
• Oversee safety and sanitation standards and maintain food/beverage service standards
• Troubleshoot operational issues including POS, reservation systems, and kitchen equipment
• Lead by example in all areas of the business to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Requirements

• Restaurant experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform physical tasks including constant walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations
• Experience working with children
• Current State Sanitation, ServSafe, or Safe Alcohol Consumption Certifications
• Proficiency with Eatec, Microsoft Office, InfoGenesis, or Zomato reservation systems
