Restaurant Lead

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leadership Team in overseeing staffing, hiring, coaching, and training
• Assist in achieving department revenue and expense goals
• Ensure customer satisfaction and oversee the resolution of any dining experience issues
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and adherence to special dietary needs
• Oversee safety and sanitation standards and maintain food/beverage service standards
• Troubleshoot operational issues involving POS, reservation systems, and kitchen equipment
• Work with management to deliver exceptional events and programs

Requirements

• Restaurant experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Exposure to both front and back of house operations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform physical tasks including constant walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with children
• Current State Sanitation Certification and ServSafe certification
• Safe Alcohol Consumption Certification
• Experience with Eatec, InfoGenesis, Zomato, or JTech paging systems
