Restaurant Host/Hostess

Responsibilities

• Manage telephone reservations
• Welcome customers upon arrival
• Escort customers to their reserved tables
• Attend to guests' needs such as checkroom service
• Assist with information requests

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in luxury hotels or fine dining
• Professional fluency in English
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Basic computer literacy
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in an additional language
