About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage telephone reservations
- Welcome customers upon arrival
- Escort customers to their reserved tables
- Attend to guests' needs such as checkroom service
- Assist with information requests
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants
- Professional fluency in English
- Proficiency in an additional language is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
