Restaurant Hostess/Host

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet all guests upon arrival, anticipating their needs
• Manage restaurant reservations efficiently using reservation systems
• Accompany guests to their tables and ensure proper seating arrangements
• Communicate with service team, kitchen, and management regarding guest flow
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests with grace and efficiency
• Assist in maintaining the overall ambiance and cleanliness of the dining area
• Adhere to all hotel policies and luxury service standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Sophisticated and polished appearance
• Proven ability to manage reservation systems
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential
• Knowledge of French, German, or Russian is a significant advantage
