About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome and high-quality service to guests from arrival until they are seated
- Manage restaurant table bookings and seating arrangements
- Demonstrate dynamic communication and a proactive spirit within the team
- Ensure all HACCP hygiene and safety standards are strictly respected within the restaurant
- Contribute to positive team dynamics through clear communication and initiative
Requirements
- Advanced intermediate proficiency in both French and English (B2 level)
- Intermediate proficiency in a third European language (B1 level)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings and evenings
- Ability to handle service pressure and high-volume rushes effectively
- Strong teamwork skills and a proactive mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous professional experience working in a restaurant environment is a plus
