Restaurant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability and high service standards
• Lead, coach, and schedule staff, including managing hiring and performance reviews
• Partner closely with the Chef to ensure seamless kitchen and dining room operations
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve any concerns professionally
• Monitor labor, payroll accuracy, inventory, and cost controls
• Maintain strict health, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Track financial performance, including P&L and sales trends
• Conduct regular team trainings, meetings, and daily briefings

Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills
• Proven ability to work in high-volume, high-energy, and fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Valid TIPS certification
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional extended hours
