Restaurant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the full employee lifecycle and foster an inclusive culture of trust and transparency
• Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
• Deliver brand-aligned guest experiences and act on guest metrics
• Drive sales and profit through financial analysis, cost management, and strategic scheduling
• Operate and troubleshoot store systems and technology to ensure smooth operations
• Perform essential functions of Assistant Coach, Shift Leader, and Kitchen Lead roles

Requirements

• 3+ years in food service with at least 2 years in hands-on management
• Experience hiring, developing, training, and motivating team members
• Proficiency in planning and forecasting financials, labor, and inventory
• Ability to meet all physical requirements of all roles within the career path

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants
• Hands-on experience with local, organic, and sustainable products
• ServSafe Manager or Regional Manager Food Safety Certification
• Strong financial acumen regarding budgets and P&L management
• Experience in fast-casual or retail operations
