Restaurant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the full employee lifecycle and foster an inclusive culture
• Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
• Deliver brand-aligned guest experiences using data-informed decisions
• Drive sales and profit through cost management and strategic scheduling
• Operate and troubleshoot digital systems and operational technology
• Perform essential functions of Assistant Coach, Shift Leader, and Kitchen Lead roles

Requirements

• 3+ years in food service with at least 2 years in hands-on management
• Experience hiring, developing, training, and motivating team members
• Proficiency in managing financials, labor, and inventory
• Ability to meet all physical requirements of restaurant roles
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• ServSafe Manager or Regional Manager Food Safety Certification
• Hands-on experience with local, organic, and sustainable products
• Strong financial acumen regarding P&L and budgets
• Experience in fast-casual or retail operations
