Responsibilities
- Champion CHAMPS standards for cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product, and speed of service
- Manage restaurant shifts to drive sales growth, efficiency, and profitability
- Forecast and schedule labor to meet operational demands
- Implement controls for safety and security of employees, customers, and company funds
- Oversee stock management and cost controls
- Achieve Business Scorecard targets and execute local store marketing initiatives
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Requirements
- 3–5 years of management experience in Hospitality or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) required
- Strong English communication and numeracy skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Excel, Word)
