About the role
Responsibilities
- Champion CHAMPS standards for cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product, and speed of service
- Manage restaurant shifts to drive sales growth, efficiency, and profitability
- Forecast and schedule labor to meet operational and business demands
- Implement controls for the safety and security of employees, customers, property, and funds
- Oversee stock management and cost controls to maximize profitability
- Achieve Business Scorecard targets and execute local store marketing initiatives
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Requirements
- 3–5 years of management experience in Hospitality or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) required
- Strong English communication, numeracy, and MS Office skills (Teams, Excel, Word)
- Passion for product quality and customer service excellence
- Based in the Cape Town / Western Cape area
