About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise floor operations during service to ensure fluidity and customer satisfaction
- Lead daily team briefings, weekly focus sessions, and management meetings
- Optimize work schedules, payroll, and takeout sales platforms
- Implement action plans following internal and external audits
- Oversee kitchen hygiene standards, stock rotation, and dish presentation
- Promote beer culture and the microbrewery concept to staff and customers
- Collaborate with the brewer to ensure profitability of brewing operations
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of talent
- Analyze P&L statements and financial ratios to maximize revenue and margins
Requirements
- 4+ years of management experience in the restaurant industry
- Proven experience leading teams and implementing strategic initiatives
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills
- Excellent coaching and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle complex situations and difficult conversations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a microbrewery environment
