About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the brewer to ensure profitability of brewing operations
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of talent
  • Analyze P&L statements and financial ratios to maximize revenue and margins

Requirements

  • 4+ years of management experience in the restaurant industry
  • Proven experience leading teams and implementing strategic initiatives
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • Excellent coaching and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to handle complex situations and difficult conversations
