Restaurant Caretaker

Responsibilities

• Remove snow from decks and walkways to ensure safe access
• Remove icicles from roof lines and apply snowmelt where appropriate
• Perform physical and mechanical building walk-throughs
• Assist facilities or engineering teams with maintenance projects
• Secure, open, and close the building
• Manage food deliveries and assist with loading/driving the supply cat
• Perform cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• Assist restaurant team with end-of-day closing procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Must own a 4x4 vehicle and a snowmobile
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in wet, hot, or humid conditions and on uneven surfaces

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge in maintenance or landscaping
• Basic industry terminology knowledge
