Restaurant & Bar General Manager - La Vita Bar

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all operational aspects of La Vita Restaurant & Bar, ensuring compliance with established service standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Uphold and enhance guest service quality by ensuring attentive and personalized dining experiences.
• Develop and manage the annual budget, including revenue forecasting, expense management, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to design innovative menus reflecting current trends and guest preferences.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure cost-efficient procurement of food and beverage supplies.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Partner with the marketing department to execute promotional campaigns and events.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant and bar management.
• Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
