Restaurant & Banquet Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operational performance of restaurant and banquet departments
• Lead, mentor, and develop the service team through coaching and training
• Create efficient duty rosters, staff schedules, and recruitment processes
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and engage with customers
• Handle administrative tasks including reservation management and inventory
• Analyze operational processes to identify and implement improvements
• Manage guest concerns and complaints with professionalism
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive revenue growth
• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and food handling standards
