Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in running high-volume, quick-service restaurant operations
• Fill in for the Restaurant General Manager when necessary
• Assist in selecting, coaching, training, and developing Team Members
• Direct and assign work to Team Members to ensure efficient operations
• Create and maintain a positive work environment for the team
• Expedite food service and assist with food preparation
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction, food quality, and restaurant cleanliness
• Maintain a strong food safety environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Minimum of one year of food service management experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Excellent team leadership and customer service skills
• Demonstrated integrity and accountability at the managerial level
