About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager in running high-volume, quick-service restaurant operations
- Fill in for the Restaurant General Manager when necessary
- Assist in selecting, coaching, training, and developing Team Members
- Direct and assign work to Team Members to ensure efficient operations
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for the team
- Expedite food service and assist with food preparation
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction, food quality, and restaurant cleanliness
- Maintain a strong food safety environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Minimum of one year of food service management experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Excellent team leadership and customer service skills
- Demonstrated integrity and accountability at the managerial level
