About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and caring service

- Gather customer feedback to suggest continuous improvements to management
- Maintain food quality, freshness, efficiency, and attractive presentation
- Keep the restaurant and food areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Monitor sales targets and implement cost-reduction methods like waste control
- Follow internal policies regarding food safety and stock levels
- Report any food-related incidents to the manager immediately
Requirements
