About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process and temporary staff management across three sites (Tours, Blois, and Orléans)
- Source, select, and interview candidates, including collective recruitment sessions
- Act as a consultant to detect client needs and provide HR advice
- Maintain strong partnerships with client HR services and production managers
- Ensure field presence to support temporary workers (integration, training, workplace safety)
- Handle administrative and legal formalities including contracts, medical visits, and reporting
- Develop partnerships with local employment and professional training actors
Requirements
- Bac+2 degree or significant experience in customer relations
- Proven ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to variable schedules (8:00 to 18:00, occasionally until 23:00, with one monthly night shift in Orléans)
- High level of reactivity and adaptability
