Ressources Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process and temporary staff management across three sites (Tours, Blois, and Orléans)
• Source, select, and interview candidates, including collective recruitment sessions
• Act as a consultant to detect client needs and provide HR advice
• Maintain strong partnerships with client HR services and production managers
• Ensure field presence to support temporary workers (integration, training, workplace safety)
• Handle administrative and legal formalities including contracts, medical visits, and reporting
• Develop partnerships with local employment and professional training actors

Requirements

• Bac+2 degree or significant experience in customer relations
• Proven ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to variable schedules (8:00 to 18:00, occasionally until 23:00, with one monthly night shift in Orléans)
• High level of reactivity and adaptability
