Ressources Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process and temporary staff management for a logistics client site
• Source, select, and interview candidates to meet client needs
• Act as a daily point of contact for HR services and production managers
• Provide listening and advisory services to detect client requirements
• Ensure field presence to support temporary workers (integration, training, workplace safety)
• Handle administrative and legal formalities including contracts, medical visits, and reporting
• Develop partnerships with local employment and professional training actors

Requirements

• Bac+2 degree or significant experience in customer relations
• Proven ability to work autonomously with initiative and reactivity
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a preference for field-based work
• Strong analytical, adaptation, and teamwork skills
• Strong sense of service and versatility to manage daily unforeseen events
