Ressources Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process and temporary staff management for an industrial client site
• Detect client needs through active listening and advisory services
• Source, select, and interview candidates to meet production requirements
• Maintain strong partnership and commercial relationships with HR and production managers
• Ensure field presence to support temporary workers (integration, training, workplace safety)
• Handle administrative and legal formalities including contracts, medical visits, and reporting
• Develop partnerships with local employment and professional training actors

Requirements

• Bac+2 degree or significant experience in customer relations
• Proven ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment
• Analytical skills and adaptability
