Responsible Sourcing Analyst, Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Manage due diligence processes, supply chain mapping, and responsible sourcing initiatives to support sustainability objectives.
• Develop and manage supply chain mapping tools and databases to ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Communicate sustainability requirements and insights to the supply chain, including conducting supplier meetings.
• Evaluate procurement and supply chain insights to identify risks and recommend improvements to supply chain standards.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Sustainability team to implement agreed strategies and embed sustainable practices.
• Prepare and issue relevant data for reporting, audits, and cost/benefit analysis.
• Act as a specialist in responsible sourcing by maintaining in-depth knowledge of industry environmental and social considerations.

Requirements

• Degree in a STEM subject.
• Proven experience in a similar sustainability or responsible sourcing role.
• Professional certification in Sustainability, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with analytics, macros, or workflow automation.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications and purchasing systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate concisely.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to conduct management system audits.
• Experience leading data projects and delivering KPI reports or dashboards.
• Proficiency in BI tools and advanced Microsoft Office presentations.
