Responsible Occupational Health Nurse

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the occupational health clinic
• Perform supervisory work and manage the team's daily activities
• Coordinate occupational health services with service providers
• Act as an expert, supervisor, and team leader in occupational health
• Promote the overall health and well-being of employees
• Implement preventive occupational health and occupational health-oriented nursing
• Collaborate actively with managers to support work ability and promote well-being
• Develop and ideate occupational health activities, including designing new operating models

Requirements

• Degree in nursing (Terveydenhoitaja)
• Experience in occupational health nursing roles
• Supervisory experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good IT skills
• Proficiency in Finnish and English
• Proactive and development-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Higher vocational degree (Ylempi AMK)
• Knowledge of the DH patient information system
• Ability to work independently combined with strong teamwork skills
