Responsible AI & Data Governance Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data governance practices, including sourcing, integrity, provenance, and synthetic data governance
• Develop procedures for identifying and redacting PII in research datasets and product inputs
• Monitor emerging AI governance frameworks and embed ethics into the product development lifecycle
• Ensure research methodologies support verification, replication, and audit
• Conduct dual-use evaluations and coordinate technical testing for bias and fairness
• Establish policies for the responsible deployment of internal and third-party AI tools
• Support AI governance and policy initiatives

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in responsible AI, data governance, or technology legal/compliance roles
• Technical literacy in AI/ML research methodologies and data training pipelines
• Demonstrated experience with data governance or AI governance in a technical context
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks such as EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, or ISO 42001
• Strong process orientation and documentation discipline
