Response Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monitor open-source intelligence and travel alerts to identify emerging threats
• Assess the relevance of global incidents and escalate according to SOPs
• Compile and disseminate threat assessments and situational reports
• Act as a central point of contact for reporting and coordinating incident responses
• Liaise with security and operations teams to coordinate emergency support or evacuations
• Maintain oversight of employee and contractor travel in high-risk areas
• Monitor critical systems including alarm platforms and GPS tracking
• Ensure all incidents are accurately logged and documented

Requirements

• Prior experience in a GSOC or similar operations/call center environment
• Ability to work onsite in Hereford, UK
• Legal right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
• Ability to work a rotating shift pattern (Nights, Mornings, and Lates)

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in GSOC, emergency response, or intelligence analysis
• Experience in military operations or similar roles
• Ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
• Strong research and information synthesis skills
• Proficiency in IT
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
