Responsibilities

• Define and monitor the budget and commercial policy for used vehicles
• Coordinate the sales team, promoting professional development and performance
• Lead the marketing plan and digital presence for vehicle stock
• Ensure compliance with brand standards (e.g., Das Welt Auto / Audi Approved)
• Manage trade-in evaluations and purchasing policies
• Control costs and timelines for vehicle reconditioning
• Ensure efficient stock management

Requirements

• 12th grade completion or higher education degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Strong knowledge of the used automotive market
• Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and financial analysis
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Analytical profile oriented towards results
