Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize economic results for your perimeter while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Lead and mobilize your team as a coach to achieve objectives and develop skills
• Define and implement strategies and action plans based on performance indicators
• Supervise product availability and manage the sales area to highlight assortments
• Identify customer needs and organize commercial animations to strengthen partnerships

Requirements

• Experience in the distribution or service sector
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Field-oriented mindset with operational agility
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Mobility within the Bourgogne Franche Comté region (Besançon, Chalon sur Saône, Dijon, or Viriat)
• Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a cold environment
