Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize economic results for your perimeter while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Lead and mobilize your team as a manager-coach to achieve objectives and develop skills
• Define and implement strategies and action plans
• Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective measures
• Supervise product availability and manage the sales area
• Identify customer needs and organize commercial animations to strengthen partnerships

Requirements

• Experience in the distribution sector or service industries
• Strong organizational skills and rigor
• Ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal skills
• Field-oriented mindset with a desire to be hands-on
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a cold environment
