Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize economic results for your assigned perimeter while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Lead and mobilize your team using a manager-coach approach to achieve objectives and develop skills
• Define strategies, implement action plans, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Supervise product availability and ensure the proper maintenance of your sales area
• Identify customer needs to adjust commercial actions and organize promotional events
• Guarantee a high-quality shopping experience for professional clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in the distribution or service sector
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ease with digital tools
• Ability to work in a dynamic, physical environment involving heavy loads and handling equipment
• Mobility within the Alpes region (potential assignments in Albertville, Voglans, or Sassenage)
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and a team-oriented mindset
