Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize economic results for your assigned perimeter while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Lead and mobilize your team using a manager-coach approach to achieve objectives and develop skills
• Define and implement strategies and action plans based on performance indicators
• Supervise product availability and manage sales surfaces to highlight assortments
• Identify customer needs and organize commercial animations to strengthen partnerships

Requirements

• Experience in the distribution sector or service industries
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and teamwork mindset
• Field-oriented approach with a desire for varied actions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Mobility within the Alsace region (Mulhouse, Colmar, Strasbourg, or Belfort)
• Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a cool environment
