Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize economic results for your perimeter while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Lead and mobilize your team as a coach to achieve objectives and develop skills
• Define and implement action plans based on company strategy
• Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective measures
• Supervise product availability and manage sales area presentation
• Identify customer needs and organize commercial animations to strengthen partnerships

Requirements

• Experience in the distribution sector or service industries
• Strong organizational and rigorous methods
• Teamwork orientation and interpersonal skills
• Field-oriented mindset with operational agility
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Mobility within the Haute Savoie area (Annecy, Annemasse, or Chamonix)
