• Develop and optimize economic results for your perimeter while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Lead and mobilize your team as a manager-coach to achieve objectives and develop skills
• Define strategy, implement action plans, and monitor performance indicators
• Supervise product availability and manage the sales area for your specific category
• Identify customer needs and organize commercial animations to strengthen partnerships

Requirements

• Experience in the distribution sector or service industries
• Strong organizational skills and rigor
• Field-oriented mindset with a preference for varied actions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Mobility within the Grand Lyon area (Vaulx-en-Velin, Limonest, or Gerland)
• Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a cold environment
