• Develop and optimize economic results for the Fresh perimeter while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage and coach a team to reach objectives and develop skills
• Define and implement strategies and action plans
• Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective measures
• Supervise product availability and manage the sales area
• Identify customer needs and organize commercial animations to strengthen partnerships

• Experience in the distribution sector or service industries
• Strong organizational and rigorous methods

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a cold environment
