Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the economic results of your assigned product category while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate your team using a "manager coach" approach to drive performance and skill development.
• Define and implement strategic action plans based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Supervise product availability and ensure the proper maintenance of your sales area.
• Identify customer needs and organize commercial animations to strengthen professional partnerships.
• Act as a liaison between various internal services to ensure operational fluidity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the distribution or service sector.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with digital tools.
• High level of organization, rigor, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, physical environment, including handling heavy loads and working in cool environments.
• Mobility within the Alps region (potential assignments in Albertville, Voglans, or Sassenage).
