Responsable Unité de Production

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team of approximately 100 people across production, quality, management, logistics, and methods
• Manage daily operations focusing on safety, quality, costs, deadlines, human resources, and environmental standards
• Ensure strict application of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and drive continuous improvement action plans
• Guarantee product manufacturing quality by implementing established quality processes
• Drive production volume targets and deploy performance and flow improvements using Lean principles (AAOS)
• Participate in sector redesign projects to support increased production capacity
• Support the development of new products in close collaboration with engineering teams

Requirements

• Generalist Engineer with a strong industrial focus
• 3 to 5 years of management experience within a production environment
• Proven experience in project management involving multi-disciplinary interfaces in demanding industrial sectors
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on personnel development and goal achievement
• Fluent in French and intermediate proficiency in English (B1 level)
• Ability to work dynamically and rigorously in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
