Responsable transfert de technologie

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage technology transfer activities, ensuring the validation of all transfer stages.
• Perform technical-industrial evaluations prior to transfer and plan necessary activities with cross-functional managers.
• Organize the implementation of industrial means at partner sites, including team training and production launches.
• Supervise the application of industrial standards at partner sites to ensure product conformity and performance goals.
• Lead progress meetings and support teams in defining action plans to resolve deviations.
• Manage contractual industrial documentation to ensure configuration control and modification management.
• Represent the industrial management of the Le Creusot site at partner locations.
• Monitor the quality, cost, and schedule of transfers for the project.

Requirements

• Industrial or generalist engineering degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Deep understanding or experience in industrial project management.
• Proficiency in IT tools.
• Fluent English (both written and oral).
• Strong leadership, rigor, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
