Responsable Technique Support Simulateur

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage support teams, including factory and on-site maintenance technicians
• Plan and control the execution of both preventive and curative maintenance
• Trigger expert interventions on-site as required
• Act as the technical interface for simulator issues between users and development teams
• Establish periodic reports and summaries regarding support execution
• Monitor system obsolescence and participate in technical offer analysis (RAO)
• Manage support budgets and perform occasional on-site technical interventions

Requirements

• Higher technical education (DUT, Professional License) in IT, electronics, or industrial maintenance
• 6 to 10 years of experience in maintenance or the integration of complex electronic and IT systems
• Proven experience in team management/supervision
• Proficiency with CMMS (GMAO) tools and general IT software
• Fluency in English is mandatory due to the international nature of the role
• Rigorous, organized, and strong customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the aeronautics sector
• Experience working in international or export environments
