Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's technical department
• Proactively work to improve guest satisfaction and comfort by responding quickly to requests
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to meet property and hotel objectives
• Lead and manage the maintenance team, fostering a culture of development and performance
• Prepare and manage the departmental budget, controlling costs, stocks, and productivity
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
• Implement an efficient scheduled preventive maintenance program for environmental and conservation issues
• Ensure compliance with all legislation and best practices, maintaining documentation for internal and external audits

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions
• Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and ability to lead by example
