Responsable Surface de Vente (Key Lead)

Responsibilities

• Act as a Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Drive store performance through exceptional customer experiences and daily sales achievement
• Perform opening and closing routines and operate Point of Sale systems
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders and maintain visual displays
• Analyze reporting to inform decision-making and protect store assets through inventory control
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values

Requirements

• CEFR B2 fluency in both English and French is required
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and certain holidays
• Ability to work 20-25 hours per week, with increased hours during peak timeframes
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills
• Energetic, outgoing, and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
