Responsable Sous-Traitance et Négoce

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize the procurement service, including personnel management and defining work methods.
• Supervise and secure the supply of outsourced and purchased finished products and raw materials.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize procurement processes, stock management, and cost control.
• Manage supplier relations, including sourcing new partners and evaluating current subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Warehousing) to meet group objectives regarding service rates and stock depreciation.
• Define procurement strategies considering constraints such as MOQ, profitability, and logistics flows.
• Elaborate production plans for peak seasons and evaluate subcontractor capacities to ensure product availability.
• Oversee large import logistics, including sourcing freight forwarders and ensuring smooth container transfers.
• Monitor financial and legal aspects, including provider payments and dispute management.

Requirements

• BAC+5 degree in Purchasing, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in production management, logistics, or management roles.
• Mastery of ERP systems, specifically modules dedicated to purchasing and procurement.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of logistics flows and the purchasing function.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage stress in a seasonal business environment and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
