Responsable SMAC Assistance Service (SAS) d'Agence

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead an operations team including activity managers, business managers, team leaders, and assistants
• Implement the SAS strategy within the agency
• Ensure high-quality client relationships and service levels
• Guarantee the achievement of operational turnover and profit budgets
• Ensure the correct application of the SAS charter within the agency
• Act as the primary contact for the National SAS Unit regarding key accounts
• Represent SMAC to clients, project managers, and suppliers

Requirements

• Bac +3/5 or Engineering degree in Building, Structural Work, or Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of successful management experience in building envelope or general construction/service companies
• Proven managerial and technical skills
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
• Organized, proactive, and field-oriented mindset
