About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead an operations team including activity managers, business managers, team leaders, and assistants
- Implement the SAS strategy within the agency
- Ensure high-quality client relationships and service levels
- Guarantee the achievement of operational turnover and profit budgets
- Ensure the correct application of the SAS charter within the agency
- Act as the primary contact for the National SAS Unit regarding key accounts
- Represent SMAC to clients, project managers, and suppliers
Requirements
- Bac +3/5 or Engineering degree in Building, Structural Work, or Civil Engineering
- At least 3 years of successful management experience in building envelope or general construction/service companies
- Proven managerial and technical skills
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- Organized, proactive, and field-oriented mindset
