Le Carlina is a classic and refined luxury chalet located in Courchevel 1850. Part of the Alp’Azur group, the hotel offers a chic, family-oriented atmosphere with exceptional gastronomy and high-end service in the heart of the French Alps.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage teams in compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Motivate and lead teams to achieve operational objectives
- Train Maîtres d'hôtel, Assistants, and Head Bartenders on work procedures
- Organize and structure service for various outlets including the restaurant, bar, pool, breakfast, and room service
- Participate in developing menus, wine lists, and food/beverage suggestions
- Manage customer feedback and resolve disputes in coordination with management
- Oversee purchasing and stock management according to group procedures
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and cleaning protocols
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar high-standing establishment
- Proficiency in English; a second language is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Highly organized, autonomous, and discreet
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset
- Ability to maintain an impeccable professional appearance
