About the Company

Le Carlina is a classic and refined luxury chalet located in Courchevel 1850. Part of the Alp’Azur group, the hotel offers a chic, family-oriented atmosphere with exceptional gastronomy and high-end service in the heart of the French Alps.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and manage teams in compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Motivate and lead teams to achieve operational objectives
  • Train Maîtres d'hôtel, Assistants, and Head Bartenders on work procedures
  • Organize and structure service for various outlets including the restaurant, bar, pool, breakfast, and room service
  • Participate in developing menus, wine lists, and food/beverage suggestions
  • Manage customer feedback and resolve disputes in coordination with management
  • Oversee purchasing and stock management according to group procedures
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and cleaning protocols

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar high-standing establishment
  • Proficiency in English; a second language is a plus
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and discreet
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset
  • Ability to maintain an impeccable professional appearance
