Responsibilities

• Ensure seafood product expertise and manage shelf display
• Act as a product specialist regarding technicality, history, and culinary knowledge
• Monitor market trends, sourcing, and local product selection
• Advise and propose solutions to a portfolio of approximately 20 professional clients
• Develop clientele through immersion actions, phone calls, and visits
• Share customer feedback and best practices with internal teams
• Propose commercial animations and actions
• Train sales advisors and commercial team members on product knowledge and professional techniques

Requirements

• Experience in the seafood sector
• Strong organizational and rigorous methods
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and drive to excel
• Field-oriented and comfortable with varied physical tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
