Responsable Q3S-RP National

Responsibilities

• Pilot and improve the Q3SRP Management System on a national scale
• Prepare and lead audits, manage indicators, reviews, and action plans
• Guarantee nuclear safety and radiation protection standards
• Train, sensitize, and support field teams regarding safety protocols
• Analyze incidents and follow up on corrective actions
• Manage a small team and act as the primary interface between agencies, headquarters, clients, and authorities

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in QHSE/Q3SRP within the nuclear sector
• Indispensable expertise in EDF requirements and frameworks
• Mastery of nuclear regulations and management systems
• Strong leadership, decision-making skills, and a field-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to audit and communicate effectively with clients and regulatory authorities
• Willingness to travel weekly to various sites
