Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of product and process engineers to support the product lifecycle
• Align site technical strategy with future organizational directions
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to deploy best practices
• Oversee investigations, deviations, and CAPA to improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance of all activities and documentation with regulatory and corporate standards
• Supervise process validation strategies and execute validation protocols
• Perform risk assessments for cleaning and new products/processes
• Provide strong leadership, coaching, and talent development for team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Science, product development, or technical operations
• Experience working within a technical manufacturing environment
• Ability to operate within a highly regulated environment and adhere to quality standards
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or a highly regulated industry
• Previous experience in technical team management
• Knowledge of validation processes (process, cleaning, etc.)
• Experience managing investigations, deviations, and CAPA
