Responsibilities

• Supervise daily plant operations, processes, and equipment to ensure operational performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with prefectural decrees, HSE standards, and client contracts.
• Manage and animate key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regulatory activity reports.
• Identify operational non-conformities and lead corrective actions and maintenance planning.
• Manage a team of 16 collaborators, including goal setting, motivation, and annual performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and facilitate communication through operational briefings.
• Apply company policies regarding Quality, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Biodiversity.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Engineering degree in thermal engineering, process engineering, energy engineering, or electrotechnics.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in continuous process sectors like energy recovery or incineration.
• Proficiency in thermal, combustion, electromechanics, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics (thermal and mechanical exchanges).
• Familiarity with supervision tools and control room piloting.
• Basic knowledge of industrial and environmental chemistry.
• Knowledge of ICPE (Installations Classées pour la Protection de l'Environnement) is appreciated.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
