Responsibilities

• Manage and lead port operation teams and port managers
• Plan team schedules and coordinate multi-site operations
• Manage the planning of barges and trucks in coordination with logistics and construction site needs
• Implement safety and environmental action plans and monitor audits
• Track operational indicators including safety, quality, and resource consumption (water, electricity, fuel)
• Oversee production reporting, cost justification, and HR indicators
• Identify team training needs and ensure skill transfers
• Participate in the recruitment process and manage new projects

Requirements

• CAP, BEP, or Bac Pro degree
• Proven experience in team management and leadership
• Experience in production organization and planning
• Basic knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental standards
